چکیده

Abstract Recently, there has been a growing interest in natural products of plant origin as herbal remedies. In this study, the profile bioactive volatile organic compounds and odorous sample Pistacia lentiscus L. vegetable oil determined. The study indicated that extraction yield is influenced by method, conditions, stage maturity sampling area. Analysis HS‐SPME‐GC–MS GC–MS showed monoterpenes sesquiterpenes represent most numerous groups among 57 identified. abundant are beta‐myrcene, d ‐limonene linoleic acid ethyl ester. Among other humulene, caryophyllene, a‐muurolene copaene have detected known for facilitating wound healing. Moreover, β‐caryophyllene α‐humulene with anti‐inflammatory effects 38 different herbal, citrus aromas were panellists using HS‐SPME‐GC‐O‐MS. Research confirmed analysed samples only pleasant make it perfect active agent medicinal use may gain acceptance consumers.
